This website is operated by Toopia Ventures B.V., Nieuwendammerdijk 114, 1025 LR Amsterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 42079934 ("Toopia", "we"). We keep this site deliberately simple, and that goes for your data too.

What we collect on this site

Nothing, actively. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. There are no forms, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. To deliver pages securely and protect against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs for a short period. We do not use this data to identify visitors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

If you email us

If you write to hello@toopia.com, we use your email address and message to reply to you, and keep the correspondence no longer than needed for that purpose.

Links to other sites

Our product Pairio lives at pairio.app, which has its own privacy policy. This policy covers toopia.com only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you — for this site, that would only be email correspondence. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting more than described here, we will update this policy first and change the date above.
